A Heartfelt Invitation

There is a place inside you that remembers what it feels like to be whole. Not broken. Not searching. Not performing. Just - home.

This retreat is an invitation to find that place again. Through morning yoga that opens your body as a receptive vessel, and afternoon soul retrieval sessions that guide you to the lost parts waiting to return.

It is not magic. It is a map. And for 8 days on Mallorca, two guides will walk it with you.

I arrived with a deep sense of meaninglessness - the more time passed, the more things started to make sense. I'm leaving aligned with something that drives me.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

  • You have achieved so much - and yet something essential still feels missing
  • You sense there is a deeper version of yourself waiting to emerge
  • Surface-level fixes are not enough anymore - you are ready to go to the root
  • You crave spaciousness, not another productivity hack
  • The idea of being truly seen and held in a small group feels both terrifying and exactly right
  • You have tried therapy, coaching, or retreats before - but something has not fully landed

If you nodded at even one of these - this retreat was designed for you.

I was coming with no energy left in me - and now I know I have the strength to go back and face my challenges in a way more positive, and way more feeling like me.

Yoga & Soul Retrieval - Two Practices, One Transformation

Morning: Heart-Opening Yoga

Each morning, Gaëlle guides you through 2+ hours of chakra-based yoga and pranayama. This is not fitness yoga. It is a practice designed to soften the body's defenses, open energy channels, and prepare you as a receptive vessel for the deeper work ahead.

Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin elements flow together - meeting you wherever you are. All levels welcome.

Afternoon: The Coming Home Process

In the afternoon, Timm guides the group through his signature Coming Home Process - a transpersonal regression method refined over 20 years. In a safe, witnessed container, you journey to where parts of yourself got separated.

Three stages: Remember where it happened. Retrieve what was lost. Return home, whole.

Yoga helped me survive - but it didn't help me let go. The combination with regression allowed me to access another part I'd never accessed before.

The Coming Home Process

A proven path from fragmented to whole

1

Remember

Journey to where parts of yourself got separated - childhood, trauma, or deeper. In a safe, guided space, you find the moment it happened.

2

Retrieve

Meet the lost aspects of yourself with loving consciousness. What was fragmented begins to reconnect. What was frozen begins to thaw.

3

Return

Come back whole. Not as a new person, but as more of who you have always been. Walking your true path, complete.

Your Daily Rhythm

Every day follows a natural arc - from gentle awakening to deep transformation to restful integration.

7:00 AM
Gentle Awakening Meditation

Optional. By the crystal pool as the Mallorcan sun rises over the mountains. Just you, the birdsong, and a simple guided meditation to land in your body.

7:30 AM
Morning Light & Snack

Fresh fruits, nuts, herbal tea, and coffee on the terrace. No rush. Just nourishment and quiet connection with the group.

8:15 AM
Soul Opening Yoga & Pranayama

Approximately 2 hours. Gaëlle weaves Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin elements into a chakra-based practice that opens your body as a receptive vessel for the afternoon's deeper work.

10:30 AM
Personal Integration Time

Journaling, reflecting by the pool, or simply being. Your body and subconscious need time to process what the yoga opened.

11:30 AM
Nourishing Brunch Buffet

A generous vegetarian Mediterranean spread on the terrace under ancient olive trees. Everything sourced locally. Vegan and gluten-free options available.

12:30 PM
Rest & Renewal

Two hours of spaciousness. Swim in the infinity pool overlooking the mountains. Read under a fig tree. Nap. There is nowhere you need to be.

2:30 PM
Deep Transformation Circle

Timm guides the Coming Home Process. In a safe, witnessed container, the group journeys inward together. This is where the real shifts happen - gently, profoundly, at your own pace.

5:30 PM
Personal Integration Time

The afternoon session often stirs deep material. This time is yours to journal, walk the grounds, or share quietly with fellow travelers.

7:00 PM
Sunset Community Dinner

Mediterranean dishes shared on the terrace as the sky turns golden. Stories, laughter, silence - whatever the group needs. Some of the deepest bonds form here.

8:30 PM
Evening Sanctuary

Optional. Yin yoga, guided meditation, mantra singing, or moon rituals. A gentle closing to the day before the Mallorcan stars take over.

Yoga Shala at La Serrania with flower decoration mandala La Serrania infinity pool with Tramuntana mountain view Dining terrace at La Serrania retreat venue

Natural light fills the yoga shala with panoramic mountain views. The crystal infinity pool merges with the landscape. Meals happen on the terrace under ancient olive trees, surrounded by lavender fields.

Every detail supports your journey - from the secluded grounds where you will not be disturbed, to the Mediterranean cuisine that nourishes without heaviness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this suitable for yoga beginners?

Yes, all levels are welcome. Gaëlle offers modifications for every posture. The focus is on the transformative essence of the practice, not perfect poses. Whether you have practiced for 30 years or 30 days, you will feel held and challenged in equal measure.

How deep does the emotional work go?

Gentle yet profound. The process is trauma-informed and always prioritizes your stability and safety. You are always in control and nothing happens without your consent. The work unfolds organically - your subconscious only shows you what you are ready to see.

Can I come alone?

Most participants come alone. This is actually ideal - you are free to fully focus on your own journey without the dynamics of existing relationships. Many participants form deep, lasting friendships during the retreat.

What about dietary restrictions?

All meals are vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine. Vegan and gluten-free options are available with advance notice. The food is locally sourced, fresh, and designed to nourish without heaviness.

What language is the retreat in?

English. Intermediate to fluent English is all you need. Timm also speaks German, and Gaëlle speaks French and Spanish - so you may find comfort in your mother tongue during breaks.

When should I book?

Early is recommended. We cap at 15 participants and only have 3 private rooms. Bookings typically close 4 weeks before the retreat. A €485 deposit secures your spot - the balance is due 30 days before.

Still Here? Good.

We know this feeling. The pull toward something you cannot quite name. The voice that says "this is it" - and the other voice that says "but what if it's not?"

Too expensive. Not the right time. Too far. Too unknown.

We have heard them all. And we understand every single one.

But here is what we also know: the women who come to this retreat almost always say the same thing afterward. "I wish I had done this sooner."

Not because it is magic. But because it is a map. A map to the parts of yourself that are already whole, already home, already waiting for you to remember them.

If something in you is stirring right now - trust it. That stirring is not random.

We would love to welcome you home.

With warmth,
Timm & Gaëlle
